For Domestic Orders (within India):

Orders are generally shipped within 8+ days or as per the estimated delivery date mentioned on the website and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Final delivery is subject to courier company or postal service norms and timelines.

Izia is committed to dispatching all orders promptly but is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or postal services. Our responsibility ends once the consignment is handed over to the respective carrier.
